In collaboration with Molly Molofsky, owner of the Home Chef Project, we are offering an online workshop that will teach you the tools to nourish your body, mind and soul with food all while spending less time in the kitchen.

We both believe food should be a judgment and drama free experience. Too often, “meal planning” or “healthy eating” can masquerade as a diet or restriction. It can add stress and rules and drama to a part of our lives that should be filled with pleasure and joy. We believe health is about tuning in and using tools from your tool belt to feel WELL both mentally and physically. Now, more than ever, it’s a time to practice self care through healthy home cooking. We just want to teach you the tools to do so - stress free.
