Nourishing Resources for Stressful Times

Free Anti-Anxiety Recipe E-Book

My dear friend and fellow Nutritionist, Brooke Wilson, and I came together to create this free Anti-Anxiety E-Book: Food for Stressful Times. We included 15 of our favorite, flexible recipes for inspiration and guidance. Right now is all about cooking flexibility.  You may not be able to get all of the ingredients for a recipe or may not have them on hand and that's ok.  Cooking is an art, and you can often leave things out or substitute ingredients and end up with a dish that is just as good or even better than the original. Some of the medicinal herbs and spices needed for beverages like the Adaptogenic Chill Latte or Golden Milk can be purchased online via MKN’s Supplement Store. I am offering 15% off all orders at this time. Please reach out with any questions.

VIrtual workshop: Nourishing the Nerves Talk

Brooke and I recorded a discussion on “Nourishing the Nervous System” to highlight some holistic tools to reduce stress and anxiety. We lead with with a grounding meditation, then dive into understanding the nervous system with specific foods, nutrients, and self care actions for support. Although a casual discussion, we touch on important lessons for understanding how to use food as medicine to nourish the mindbody. If you have any questions, please reach out. We hope to record a follow-up to answer questions in the near future.

Personalized Holistic Nutrition and Health Coaching

If you listened to the “Nourishing the Nerves” discussion, you might have some questions about how to implement these practices into your life. I am offering Virtual Nutrition & Wellness Consultations to anyone interested in supporting the health of their immune system, mental health, and overall physical wellbeing. I typically require an Initial Nutrition Consultation before moving forward with care, but I am waiving this step (if needed) through April 2020. As always, I continue to offer sliding scale for clients with low income, or alternatively those with less money regardless of income. Please reach out if you have any questions, or are in need of additional support! The best way to get the ball rolling is to reach out so we can connect. Send an email to megan@meganknipp.com.
