This event is for busy folks who want to learn low-stress nutrition strategies that support physical and emotional wellbeing. From a non-diet perspective, we will review time-saving kitchen tips, meal prep, and snack ideas. Together we will create your own plan of action for the weeks ahead. If you can spare the hour, it will be worth your time.
