In collaboration with Brooke Wilson, NC from Summer Thyme Wellness, we are offering Meal Boosts to Nourish the Nerves as part of our Mood Food Series.

Meal Boosts to Nourish the Nerves

This workshop will focus on the small but powerful ingredients, or “boosts” you can add to your meals that include the nutrients you need to nourish your nervous system and reduce anxiety. 

Live from our Home Kitchens, we will demo ideas for how to add these “Boosters” to your everyday meals. You will see first hand and come away with some of our most popular recipes! 

Time: Sunday 5/31/20 @ 11 am PST/ 2 pm EST

Donations: Sliding scale $0-$15.

**As of 5/28/2020: Going forward, all donations for the workshop will be given to the Minnesota Freedom Fund. Send payment via Venmo to @Megan-Knipp , or give directly to Minnesota Freedom Fund.

Where: Zoom, workshop will be recorded for all participants. RSVP for Zoom Link and details. Workshop will be recording and replay sent to all participants who can’t make the live show.
