Hello! I am Holistic Nutritionist, Food Behavior Counselor, and Social Worker. My practice specializes in supporting clients with the intention to heal their relationship with nourishment through co-occurring mood balance, endocrine, autoimmune, and digestive conditions. We bridge Holistic Nutrition and Mental Health to engage your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. I integrate my knowledge of mental health and trauma, functional nutrition, holistic healing modalities, clinical testing, intuitive eating, and mindfulness practice to support our process.
